Each person may only register one account. If a user is found to have multiple accounts, new lock reserves the right to close them and forfeit any remaining balance.

Users must be at least 18 years old to participate on new lock. Use of this platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

All bets placed on new lock are considered final unless a technical error is proven. Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed; however, new lock reserves the right to void bets under certain specific circumstances.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be refunded

• If a bet cannot be confirmed during live betting due to a network disconnection, it will be considered void

In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one match is cancelled, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will stand.
